The BRACE Programme is the largest EU programme for rural development in Balochistan. I visited Khuzdar and I remember meeting with the women and girls of the community fostered under BRACE Programme by BRSP who were engaged in business opportunities and showed scarfs and handicrafts they made for starting business and bringing resources into the community. If you want to have a picture of women empowerment, this is exactly what it was all about.
